The first thing I liked when I started at Belgatech Engineering was the Managers’ listening capacities.

They are really trying to find you the right mission in which you can apply and improve your technical skills.
They are also involved before the first meeting between the Consultant and the Customer by helping you preparing the interview. During the meeting too by introducing you to the Customer.

For all these reasons I feel very good in this team, what is very important to me.
