Within BELGATECH Engineering Services you create and develop your own business unit, consisting of major clients and specialised Consultants.
Your responsibilities include:
- Implementing a commercial strategy for your business perimeter
- Building commercial relationships: from active prospecting to follow-up, resulting in loyal customers
- Developing longstanding client relationships with a.o. Technical Directors and Project Managers
- Recruiting specialised technicians and engineers
- Managing, following up and motivating your team of Consultants
- Managing your perimeter’s financial profitability
You are currently looking to evolve and take on genuine managerial responsibilities in an autonomous mindset. In the long and medium term, your extending perimeter allows you to evolve to a Senior Management position which includes coaching internal Junior Managers.
A personalised training is provided to you during every step of your evolution in order to allow you to reach the best possible results.
You have a commercial or technical education and have at least a first commercial experience (preferably in B2B). You have affinity with technical environments. You are persevering, organised, eager-to-learn and a good communicator. You speak Dutch, English and French.
