During the 23rd edition of the Woluwe-Saint-Pierre Job Fair, BELGATECH led about 50 interviews at its stand (#6) which was located on the ground floor of the Fabry hall.
This year, the Job Fair took part in the framework of the Brussels Job Spring.
Among other exhibitors like STIB-MIVB, Vivaqua… BELGATECH contributed in the success of this event.
In all, hundreds of jobs were proposed as mentioned in the WoluMag (Edition #20, 03.2010)!
Every year, BELGATECH supports a specific charitable organization.
This year, the Belgian Post’s fight against illiteracy in Belgium has been selected in our company.
In December 2009, BELGATECH used “Christmas Stamps” for its postal items, on which 2 eurocents/pc. will be transferred to the King Baudouin Foundation.
This well-known charitable foundation will then be able to take the most appropriate actions to help people who need to learn reading and writing.

In November, BELGATECH edited Eco-checks for every staff members of the company.
These Eco-checks both contribute to enhance their purchasing power for Christmas and to support environment-friendly products &/or services.
The format is similar to the already existing meal-vouchers, and they can be spent in over 2.000 shops in Belgium…
This action is compliant with BELGATECH’s commitment towards ecology.

BELGATECH took part in the 3rd edition of the Job Fair of Braine-Le-Comte on Thuesday the 14th of October 2009. We would like to thank the organization staff & the applicants who visited us at our stand.
Everyone get a feedback regarding these first interviews within a few weeks after the event.
From 12th to 16th October 2009, BELGATECH participated in 6 job fairs in a row which are organized by the Forem.
About 20.000 people attended these job fairs during the whole week.

On Saturday the 17th of October 2009, the TV show “Questions à la une”, broadcasted by the RTBF TV “La Une“, talked about the building of the interurban train network in the Brussels Capital Region.

BELGATECH took part in the 22nd Job Fair organized in the City Hall of Woluwe-Saint Pierre on Thursday afternoon the 19th of March 2009.
This expo provided a convenient location for BELGATECH to meet its future Consultants and perform first interviews.
BELGATECH collected over 30 applications during this afternoon.

The Deputy Mayor of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre (WSP) in charge of Employment, Mr. Damien De Keyser, visited BELGATECH’s offices Thursday, the 5th of February. The meeting took place in the framework of a mentoring partnership organized by WSP’s administration. This mentoring partnership, supported by King Baudouin Foundation and Brussels Minister for Economic Affairs, is intended to support up-growing SMEs. In addition to Mr. De Keyser, it was also attended by Mr. Philippe Claeys as BELGATECH’s mentor. Frederic Sigel & Henri Drouin, representing BELGATECH, discussed with them about the achievements of the Company in 2008 and its sustainable growth forecasted in the next months.
They informed the Deputy Mayor about the relevance and the impact of the mentoring partnership. The entire BELGATECH staff thanks Mr. De Keyser & his team for their support and Mr. Claeys for his enlightened advices.
Following the first broadcasting of BELGATECH on the BFM radio in May 2008 (see below), the company is pleased to inform you that a second interview will be on air on Saturday January 31st at 12:50 for the “BFM Academy” broadcast. The questions will go through BELGATECH’s achievements in 2008, the current economic situation and the perspectives for the company.
