The BELGATECH internal staff met on Friday for a culinary teambuilding at “La Cuisine de Flore” in the city center of Brussels. The day began with the presentation of the 2020-2022 Strategic Plan, followed by a team brainstorming and a very rich exchange of ideas.
Known as one of the main player in engineering consultancy on the Belgian market, BELGATECH aims to strengthen its internal organization (Administration, HR, Finance, Business) to lead its activity in the coming years. This organic growth will enable the recruitment and evolution of a growing number of Consultants, while maintaining a high level of quality. The objective is to offer ever more tailor-made solutions to our Clients thanks to a resolutely multi-specialist technical positioning.
The day continued in a good atmosphere with a culinary activity during which each team was able to demonstrate the extent of their talents and know-how in cooking!
Thanks to Chef Guillaume for giving us lots professional tips that will help us to impress our families and friends in the kitchen… Congratulations to the team “BELGA-TOQUE” who won the culinary challenge by a small amount in front of the opposing team, who did however a good job during the quizzes, tasting and preparation of an imposed menu!
